Sublimation printing is a process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as plastic, card, paper, or fabric. During this process, solid dye particles are heated to a point where they turn into gas without passing through a liquid stage, bonding with the material to create vivid, durable prints.

Suitable for full printing on the shirts and only to use for microfiber and polyester blend.

Your design will be print in reversed and covered with sufficient white ink as a color base into any fabric colour.

Curing Process

The white ink will bond the colour and melted heatpress glue during in heat curing.

Heat Pressing Process

The printed film will transfer the bonded ink and heatpress glue with specific pressure and heat.

Direct to Film

Direct to film printing is a method that allows designs to be printed onto a special film and then transferred onto t-shirts. This technique uses heat and pressure to bond the ink with the fabric, resulting in vibrant and detailed prints that are durable and can withstand multiple washes.

Suitable for plain t-shirt with limited size print area and applicable to wide area of fabric.
